I am an agent in the Nashville area and have a client that is wanting to tear down their existing home and build two new homes on their lot. I'm looking for a quality builder referral willing to work with an agent that would like to take on this project in the Edgehill area of Nashville.

@Allen Harris, I was born and raised in B'ham, too!  In fact, my wife and I have only been in Nashville for 5 years, and that was our first time to move away from B'ham.  We both still have plenty of family that live there. I've certainly been keeping my eye on B'ham as well.  Places like Avondale, Crestwood, Forest Park, etc ... are all interesting spots that seem to be growing, but super slow (but that seems to be how B'ham does things). Sounds like we may need to meet up at some point . . .

Allen Harris , I live just north of you, closer to Brentwood ... I've looked into the Memphis area, too, and what kept me away was the high vacancy rates and some of the worst crime rates around. Two stats that typically don't mix well with rental properties.
