@Yonah Weiss I have to say I don’t have no degree . I was a part of the 90% that could not afford going college or a university at the time after High School. But I still manage to find my way to learn about financial and credit . Which I feel like the school system should change how they teach and what they teach. I still have questions and sometimes find myself in a puzzle until I came here . Thanks to all my peers in BiggerPockets for helping out and I appreciate everyone here who are helping newbie and those who are trying to find their way.

As a beginner looking for a hands on work. I Rather accept learning n gaining more experience and knowledge over money . Like an assistant, just shadowing .
If anyone in Orlando area .
That’s willing to get a newbie a chance with no pay .
