My name is RIch Loniewski, I am located in central New Jersey and am new to real estate investing. I am currently the director of Wellness at a local Doctors office and run two corporate wellness programs. I have also owned and operated 2 successful businesses before that.
I have just began a mentorship with a local investor who is helping me learn the business. I am currently in the process of setting up my funding and am very excited and eager to make my first deal. I am primarily interested in WHOLESALING and FIX AND FLIPS in the Central Jersey area. Anyone interested in that area I would love to connect and see if we can make something happen.
