It is generally the same. You should obviously review the relevant sections to familiarize yourself with all of their terms.

I would be glad to help you or anyone in the Baltimore area. As a 30 year Real Estate Attorney and Investor I enjoy helping people get off on the right track. I know just about every Street in the City and the investing hot spots.

I have completed all of their deals with no problems. Here is what I recommend:

1.  Do all you need to do quickly. Time is of the essence. 2. Use a local title Company or Attorney well-versed in dealing with online auctions. 3. Bring your deposit to the Attorney who will hold it in escrow. 4. Email your proof of funds immediately after signing the contract. 5. Be prepared to close quickly with your own funds.

Pretty easy actually.

I would stay away from Section 8 housing in Baltimore County. Despite so-called inspections, your property will take a beating.  I have also found that neighbors, especially Homeowners, will resent them and call in code violations, trash problems, etc., more frequently. You are much better off finding well- qualified tenants who will show respect to you and your property.

I have participated in just about every type of transaction over the years. Rehab and resell, rentals, Note buying, Tax sale buying, Judgment buying, etc. I would be glad to help anyone who needs advice. Feel free to contact me.
