Good Afternoon BP fam!
Just a quick question ill keep it short and sweet. When i go to sell my property Is it smarter to pay for the closing cost to sell a property quicker?
Thank you very much for taking the time to respond. I appreciate it and will learn from it!
Happy Friday to the BP Fam!
Im always good for a silly question every once in a while.
People say all the time you need to know your market, you need to study the market in order to be successful in this field.
How do you study the Market? Where and what do i search? What are some strategies to really get a feel for a certain Market and be able to predict the future of to the best of your knowledge?

Good Day BP Family!
Question, I plan on buying an attached 2 unit condo in NJ. Both units are occupied.
What are important Documents and terms I should ask the current landlord for before i purchase the property?

Hello my BP fam! I have a silly question and hope someone can provide some advise for me, Im just starting out and getting ready to get that first deal. When I purchase my first property. If it needs a total make over what is the Step by step process on where to start, where should i tackle first and what should be my last project in the home? I know it might make people laugh but im just interested to hear some feedback on how some people work.

Hey everyone! first off i love the BP podcast, I listen everyday. Im extremely interested in the real estate world, Ive been to a bunch of seminars, and read a few BP books. I run my own kitchen cabinet business so Initially by investors coming into my shop and ordering kitchen cabinets and taking the time to talk to me about the business is what really sparked my interest. Im trying to get my first buy and hold property complete. I was just accepted for a FHA Reno loan. I don't exactly have anything in the pipeline. Ive been searching mostly in north Jersey/ central Jersey. I would really appreciate some feedback and advise when it comes to scanning properties in this area, and the steps to take to completing my first rental investment.
