So far, I have not gone more in depth with my research of the area. I have continued investing in CA and TX.

@Andrew Ashby I don't own properties in Orlando yet. I'm considering expanding my portfolio with some properties in Orlando, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I'm still doing research and would like to connect with people that might be able to help in making my decision. I'm looking to find deals that would cash flow better than my current investments and from what I've seen so far Orlando is a good option. I currently own properties in California, Texas and South Florida. I'm not pre-aproved, I would be buying cash.

I am considering investing in Orlando so I need to build a team there. Any recommendations for decent property managers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I looked into Mashvisor and looked up properties I know. In particular I searched for a property I've personally rented before in Aspen, CO. Mashvisor's suggested traditional rental income was over 17K, I rented the place for $4000.....

I have been doing it for years. Just find yourself a decent property manager. There's not much more to it

@Brian Adams What is the typical rate of return you offer your investors?

@Michael Jones I see it the same way. If we loose the property tax deduction, then what good are the rest of the tax reductions proposed?

Wow! that sounds like San Francisco 2 years ago, maybe not the best time to invest in Portland. Thank you all!

Thanks @David Thompson that is eye opening information!

@Ronald Rohde What do you think about the high property taxes in TX?
