How do you list a rental as "accepting" shared bedrooms? Local ordinance allows shared bedrooms as long as space limits are satisfied. How do you advertise a 2 BR rental as a "legal" 3 person rental?

Planned to re-do our rental kitchen in May 2022  but just learned IKEA cabinet boxes (30" & 36") are ALL on backorder -- since last Spring! Knew there were  covid supply chain issues, but wow. Does anyone know of a good alternative to IKEA for the cabinet boxes? Thanks!

Burlington VT requires rental property owners who want to manage their own property but don't live in Chittenden County to designate a local property manager, emergency contact, and person to receive service of process (can all be done by 1 person). Is anyone familiar with this requirement and know how non-local owners handle this if they want to manager their own properties? Do they hire property managers to just be this contact? Thanks!
