I know i've seen it before but cant find it now that i'm looking for it, Im wanting to build a marketing list from ListSource for prospective Sub 2s and owner financing deals, whats the best info or criteria I should be looking for

Iv only had this happen to me onece and that was enough for me... you only got to tell me one time ,,, got that call one day, conversation started off as if i was going to need to take some information down , as it got deeper he revealied to me he was with code inforcment and there could be $500 dollar fine for each bandit sighn... I know a fellow they tracked down where he lived some how... so i quite it and mainly do post card mailling and get pretty good responce from that

have a small rental house that has started a molding problem , never had this propblem with this property or tennant before , heard this could be from ventilation and she had a very dirty filter in the heating and cooling unit could this be the problem , this is a smaller older home with no insulation in the walls
