Wow Good for you, I was on the same boat. I worked 11 hrs. every day and from time to time up to 16 hrs. with only one lunch hour, totally grateful because it kept me on my toes and focused on making sure my wife stayed in school and now I get to start my venture. God is good he makes it hard when he doesn't want us in the place we picked for our self's. Good stuff Congrats!

Thank you Lisa,
Do you do business at home or other states? Rehabing for a long time?

I do have some capital but my market is expensive and over bid. Example 1000 sf. home is 500k and above. I have to look in other areas, just want the opinion of an experience flipper as what area would he/she pick if there was an option, the Buyers Market or the Sellers Market?
Thank you for your response Lisa.

If you are going to start flipping homes, what market would you choose? Buying Market to make sure you can buy at low cost since you have little capital and no current investors or Sellers Market what will make it difficult to find good deals but you can sale quick and at a good price?

Hi Sherri,
I love create some partnerships in the area, I think I requested you on BP but if not you should request me. I have attended the Thunderbird once and I just attended the quarterly meet up in Santa Cruz with Shane Pearlman, he is actually who was I spoke to last night walking me through one of his spread sheets he uses for every one of his deals.
Looking forward to getting to know you and working on a deal together. I am always up for branch or breakfast if you like, we (Me and Roxanne) attend Shoreline Church on Sundays and usually like go eat after words.
Let me know if you are interested we can do it any Sunday just let us know so we can plan it out
My Phone number is 831-236-6712

Hi Sherri,
I am just starting and having a real hard time finding deals so if you find any and passing it on please keep me in mind. I have been trying to expand my network and I have found some great Investors willing to help out. Do you attend any of the REI Clubs? Do you have any deals currently? OK enough with the questions lol. Thank you for responding.
