Thank you for your feed back. I'm going to go out and find a deal. If I find a deal it sounds like I shouldn't have any trouble finding the money.

Thank you for the input. Your right about sounding like a contractor, but what else I bring is my know how on what needs to be done and in what order. Estimating repairs, finding good deals. I'm looking for someone with money who wants to get into Real Estate investing. I can teach them what I know in exchange for using there money. In the mean time we can make money together.

Is there another way I should go at this to find a partner? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Looking for someone to partner with in or around Ocala, Florida. I live in Beverly Hills, Florida. I have some experience in rehabbing. Have done 2 houses in Columbus, Ohio. Moved to Florida 7 yrs. ago to help out aging parents. Owned a home repair business in Ohio for 10 yrs. Know how to do plumbing, carpentry, tile work, electrical house wiring, drywall hanging and finishing, wood flooring, painting and anything else that needs done in a house to make it pretty. I have a lot of experience. I feel that I have a lot to bring to the table. Looking for someone who has money but may need my talents. If interested please contact me. Thank you Jon. I've rehabbed houses in the past with a partner using his money in Ohio. I now live in Florida and going about on my own with no money. I have all the talent to do rehabs, but this time I will contract all the work and just see over the project.

Would like to know how it works.
