@Jay Hinrichs Amazing tradition you are creating. Not sure how much the rehab will be but if it is reasonable for a rental unit then my company would be interested in taking on the project and giving the rental proceeds to a charity for childhood cancer research. This is a topic that is close to our hearts as it has personally affected a family member of mine. She was 3 years old when diagnosed with High Risk ALL which is a form of Leukemia. After two and a half years of treatment she is no in remission but we have a strong desire to raise money for research. Thank you for your consideration!
