I attempted to do this in the past but the cost was just way too expensive. It can be done but usually hard to justify since there are other ways to segregate costs.
I like using heloc to buy additional properties but then put permanent financing to lock in the low rates and free up heloc money for new purchases.
Nice work! It looks good!
Great story! I'm in Little Rock and I've invested in properties all over the US. So I know your pain :-) I'd be happy to take a look at the property for you if you ever need me in the future. You're in a good area and although it's not real close to UAMS, it's actually a better location. You'll be fine at the purchase price.

I have a vacant lot that has become overgrown with trees. Do you think I should clear the trees and get it bushhogged or are "developers" able to see past the trees?

I have an apartment building that is 5 two-story buildings. I need to paint the EXTERIOR building. Can someone give me guidance on how to paint it? Pictures of existing properties would be nice. I think I should paint the trim, walls, and doors a different color but I need some help.

Thanks in advance!
