Just a quick update and things to consider before you come to the meet up location. Our meet up is at Keller Williams Office which is right next to the Republic (club). It was brought to my attention that the door which leads out from the elevator hall was locked last time. Unfortunately, they lock the door after 5:30 pm everyday. So, please use the stairs on the opposite side of the building. We are on the top floor directly above Veterinary Clinic.

Aloha @Brandon Libao,
Hawaii is definitely a tough market but people are still doing what you want to do so it is possible which is a great news. I work with a lot of investors/flippers. As far as rentals, it depends what you're looking for. Cashflow or appreciation. Cashflow is definitely hard to do here in HI because of the property price. But there are other avenues how you could make passive income from real estate. You can look at the ledning side, that's always a great side to be on.
Good luck!

When I started my LLC I didn't need EIN #. But that was long time ago. EIN can be obtained from IRS. Btw would love to hear more about your real estate investing here in Hawaii. I organize monthly meet ups. We have one on February 20th. Would love to see you there. DM me if you would like to attend.
