Welcome to this months meeting at the Farmer's Market in Enterprise. Each month these meet ups get better and better. Bring your deals, questions, concerns ect. This is an informal event and more like a fireside chat. Everyone involved in Real Estate or interested in learning is welcome. We have had deals bought and sold during these events. Come for the learning, leave with ideas and friendships.

I am excited to annnouce I have been working on some things to make these meetings way more valuable to everyone that attends. So far we have seen partnerships formed, deals happen in the middle of meetings, and many people share experiences and learn from each other. Please come out ig you have anything to do with real estate from lawn care, to contractors, to agents, to just curious. There is something for everyone to learn from and teach. The strength and value of the meeting comes from those attending.

Great post! Will the be recorded by chance? I’m interested, but live in Alabama. 

Last month was our first time in the Conference Room at the Farmers Market and we talked about How to Find Deals. This month we will focus on what to do once you find a deal as we continue the series. This event will also be recorded and uploaded to YouTube for anyone who can't attend the meeting, but the networking is worth the effort to try to attend.

I remember listening to a podcast where the interviewee started a mortgage servicing company I believe in Texas. The price was $35 per month to handle the servicing and to report to the credit bureaus. Does anyone know the name of this company or know which podcast it was? This lady is going through a divorce and in a year or so I would like for her to be able to get her own financing.

Hello Mark,

I am in AL and a simple search at the Secretary of State site has the LLC and owners listed. Most of the time my lenders private or otherwise as for EIN document from IRS and articles of incorporation. Hope this helps!

This month we making some major changes to the group!

1. Location
2. I met with the city of Enterprise and we are now going to have our meetings at the new Farmers Market on Main Street in Enterprise. It has a capacity of 96, has two projectors, a sound system and free WiFi. Bring your laptops charged and ready.
3. Lunch
4. Each month we will be offering a light lunch for everyone attending. This is something we obviously couldn’t offer when we were meeting at construction sites.
5. Structure
6. We have the space from 10am-2pm. I will be there at 10am to start setting up. Anyone who wants to arrive early to network is welcome to do so.

2. This is where the group and show it’s true value. Do you have a deal you want to sell? How you found a deal and need funding? Are you looking for a contractor? The goal of the group is to grow it to be so diverse we can do entire real estate deals from start to finish with people in the group. You may have found a deal that you can’t close on at the moment and there may be a cash buyer in the room looking for a deal today. If you don’t tell us what you need, how can we help you get it? This month, I have a rental in Dothan I am going to offer to sell to someone in the group before I offer it to anyone else. I may even owner finance it. Let’s negotiate a deal.

4. Starting this month we will begin videoing the meetings and archiving them for members to watch even if they missed the meeting.

We want to make this the best meeting we have had to date so come out with your laptop charged and ready to work. I am going to share ways to find deals from little to no money and lots of time - to very little time, but lots of money.
I look forward to seeing everyone at the event.
