@Tyler W. Ah ok. Would they finance the the house plus renovation cost in one loan?

@Brett Costantino ok great I do have a couple of friends that are real estate agents so I should be able to get the to send me those listings then!! Thanks for all your help as well!!! I am really excited to get into the RE world and start renting and flipping!!!

@Brett Costantino doesn’t fha loans have higher standards for the house? Also could I use first time buyer incentives as well to do that?

@Arlan Potter where can you find those types of properties at? And I wouldn’t be able to sell it until I paid the owner off correct? Or do you mean get it fix it up and then Remy it out to someone and let them pay the finance payment to the owner and then after it’s paid off sell it? Would that be beneficial for me? It would seem like all that would do would be to pay the owner by using someone else who’s renting the house but doesn’t give me anything until it’s paid off 5-15 years down the road? Or am I wrong. I am new to all of this so I appreciate all the help!!!!

@Arlan Potter or can I get a loan that includes the price of the house plus some renovations? Like if the house was 50k could I take out a loan for say 70k fix it up and then sell it afterwards?

@Arlan Potter is that for just going to any lender and getting the house itself? How would I go about getting the money to fix it up?

Looking to attend some meetings or get together with some investors to chat and get more information on flipping and renting. Starting to read some books and asking questions here on BP but nothing beats real life experiences, so I’d like to talk to you about it all!! I’m in the Baltimore area! Let me know if you have any Info on meetings in the area or if you’d like to get together!!! Thanks everyone!!!

@Arlan Potter Only thing with that is I don’t have a whole lot of money to buy in cash! I can put together a couple thousand but that’s about it!

@Alan C. Thank you for your reply!! I’ll have to check those out as well!! Where could I find out when and where those meetings are? And you are correct that is not the main reason I want to get into flipping!!!

@Sam Lewis Awesome thanks again for the help!!!!
