I’m currently on summer break and really want to do something like an internship or just get a feel for the day to day life of a real estate investor, how they find and close deals, how they run things, and just learn up close.

Books and videos help a little, but I feel like they only go so far. I want to understand the real ins and outs of the business. I also want to get better at networking and learn how to find investors who are willing to teach or let me observe what they do.

Hello I  want too buy a residential property in like 2-3 years and I want to keep my money in a account where it will grow until then, and I've heard about a HYSA and what it is. I already have a brokerage account but I was wondering is it better too keep your money in a HYSA or a brokerage account for the time?

Hello I wanted too ask does money buy happiness? because I've seen a lot of people talk about money and how it brings happiness to them and how it's the only thing they need in life, I've talked too some people I know and most agree with that.
