Hi Everyone!! Wow, Fantastic response and comments. Like some you who have suggested that I not invest in this deal. Well, I decided not to invest! Not enough cash flow and the subdivision is not the best in town. There are many other opportunities in Houston to consider. Thanks again for everyone’s participation in this Forum. Your time and comments are very much appreciated!

Hi Carol and Tom, Thanks so much for your comments. Tom, I will be managing the property so that is why the dollar amount is small. But thanks for asking! The property is turnkey so no rehab is necessary. Yes, I plan on holding the property for cash flow. Again, thanks for your comments and I appreciate the both of you for taking time to comment.
