Greetings Bigger Pockets community!
I'm excited to join your community and look forward to connecting with like minded entrepreneurs. My philosophy is givers gain, so I'm looking to help anyone I can meet their goals through mutually beneficial interactions and transactions.
I have been involved with real estate transactions throughout the years, ranging from buying tax liens to short-sale foreclosure flipping. I have owned rental properties as well. The 2008 bubble brought my empire crashing down. I am now at a place where I have finished dusting myself off and am ready to start building once again.
I'm focused right now on increasing my passive income stream by obtaining single-family buy and hold rental properties.
I would like to obtain 10 units in the next 2 years or less. 50 units within the next 5 years.
In the immediate short term I am looking to work with wholesalers who turn single family properties in blue-collar working-class "C" neighborhoods in solid low-crime midwest cities. Price point is between 20K and 50K. If you are a wholesaler in this criterion - PLEASE CONTACT ME! I want to be on your mailing list!
Mid to Long term I'm looking to partner with investors to finance deals. I am also looking to find motivated sellers who would be open to seller-financing.
My profile video is coming soon. For now you can find me on facebook, twitter, g+ and instagram.
All the best
Dr. Rob Borer
