good job jeremy hello bp need help with something if im gonna assign a contract to a buyer and the seller is asking 790k i need to put my fee on top of that but how will i do that will i come to an agreement with the seller how will i do this for my fee thanks bp

hello bp can any one help me with this one i have a offer on the table for790k i did my numbers and came up with a mao of 805k so it looks like a good deal but my question is how do i get my fee out of that790k if this will go to the seller how do i get my fee out of that a little confused need some help.

hello bp i have a question thats got me a little confused need some help.i have a property that the seller wants 790k i did my numbers and came up with a asking price of 805k so i know thats my mao which is good because he wants a number thats below the 805k so if i take this to a cash buyer how will i get my fee if the buyer will purchase for 790k where does my fee come from out of that if thats the sellers asking price? need some help bp thanks.

once i have the contract agreement between the seller plus have the agreement between buyer now what will be my next step do i find a title company or do both contracts go through the buyers title company? im stuck on this step here need some help bp.im doing this work in the nyc area my name is robert.also how would i determind my fee when the property value is much higher for example if i have a millon dollar property iknow i can get more than the standered fee of 5000 how do you calculate that need help bp.

hello bp once me and the seller has agreed and signed off on the assignment contract then i get the buyer to also agree do i take the contracts to a title company or does this process go through the buyers attorny need help with this one.

good evening bp i have a question if im gonna assign a contract how will this transaction take place as far as attorneys are concerned? in other words will the seller have to send info to my attorney or will i have to sign along with the seller first then send info to the attorneys? can some one give me a step by step for my clear understanding before i move forward thanks bp.

i did the comps in the area myself i just did not get to walk through the property but i have a video of the inside its a full gut needs everything new also has a full basement i dont have it under contract because im learning and i dont want to make the wrong mistake so im here asking questions before i contact a buyer from my list i just was not sure on what was my asking price to give the buyer.@micheal elay thanks for the response.
