Hello, I am new to REI and new to the Phoenix area. I have been using some websites / apps (realtor.com, Zillow, trulia) to look for properties however I am not finding a lot of multi family properties (2-4 units). Any body else in the Phoenix area have that problem or maybe any realtors that would be willing to assist? Thanks in advance.
