Hello everyone! I am new to real estate and have been listening to the podcasts for a few weeks now. I have read a few books and am learning the language of real estate. I am based in Buffalo, New York and am excited to see what the area has to offer. 

There has been a lot of commercial new builds going on in the city, primarily hotels. There is a hotel on every other corner it seems!
