I’m looking for advice on rehab financing. I own a single family home a purchaced with my own money, but now I need funds to do the rehab. I want to do a refinance type loan after rehab so I can purchase another property.  I currently reside in another home that I do have a mortgage, but own the property of subject outright. I have a little saved to get started, but I would like to be able to complete the project quickly and get a renter. Any suggestions?

I have my first investment property. I own it with no lean, but I want advice on financing the rehab. I’m thinking of getting a Cash Out loan. I purchased my primary home 3 years ago and don’t want to move. I do have some equity in my primary residence since we did some major upgrades when we bought it. Just looking for your thoughts. I’m going to do most of the interior work. THANKS!🤓

Hello, I’m a Nurse in Texas. Me and my wife purchased a property from a relative that we want to rehab for our first rental. Would like to use this to get started real estate investing. We have no debt on this property, but need advice on the best way to finance the rehab and also tips on contractors, materials, contracts etc..... Happy to be a part of the BP community.
