I’m looking for a real estate agent in Reno area who can advise me on investment property.  I’m unfamiliar with the area but my son just moved there so i’d liketo know the best areas to invest in out there. Sparks,Reno,Carson City, Galena... I’m not sure. Any advise will help

Thank you...  do you recommend any property management companies in Toledo?

Positive “Cash flow”...i.e NET of all expenses

Thank you for the information.  Could you recommend some reputable property management companies and real estate agents for Columbus? Also, what area of Columbus has the highest cash in cash on rents?

I originally started real estate investing 15 years ago with a linear approach. I’m looking to move to the exponential side to grow my portfolio for the next 10 years. My existing properties are in the Northeast region so I’m looking to branch out in areas with a lower purchase price and excellent cash on cash return. My main goal is cash flow and finding a great management company.  Appreciation is always great but not my objective.  Any help and/or recommendations will be appreciated!
