As mentioned previously, I would meet with a lender now so that you have pre-approval in place. Also, as Brandon Turner always says, define your crystal clear criteria. This will help you when talking to agent and your lender. You can find better investment opportunities down in the Fayetteville area and in the Triad. Happy to help you in the Triad and can recommend a great investor-minded agent in Fayetteville.
