There are a few investors from Martinsville that attend the Greensboro Pints & Properties REI meetup. It's the last Wednesday of the month at Pig Pounder Brewery. Start time is 6 pm.

Garratt - There's a strong rental market for 2/1s (def 2/2s) in the area. The overall rental market has softened the last couple months. It will be interesting to see what happens this Spring. -- Rob
