I highly recommend HomeRiver Group in Idaho Falls.  I have 6 SFRs with them and I'm very pleased with their service, fees, and vendors.

If you are looking for a management company, Homeriver in Idaho Falls is highly recommended. I have several properties managed by them and their fees are fair and they are very owner centric in regard to their policies.
