I am looking for a Property Manager in Cincinnati- 45213 zip code. I am in the contract for a 4plex. Please recommend someone who can help me with this new property. I am out of state investor and this is my first in Cincinnati. Thanks Sandeep

 Hi Sandeep,

i know this thread is very old but wanted to follow up and see if you’re still investing in the area? I’ve been eyeing a property but don’t know too much about this specific area - I grew up in Cincinnati but never really knew much about it.

Thank you!

Hi Team,

I am looking to buy brand new properties that are getting built here Herbert Avenue, Cincinnati 45215. They are costing 203K and rent is around 1650. This is an opportunity zone area.

Is this a good place to buy investment properties?

Any feedback is highly appreciated!!!!

Best Regards,

Raju

 Hi Raju,

I know this thread is really old but wanted to follow up and see if you ever went through with investing in this area. If so, works to recommend it? thank you.

Quote from @Brett Deas:

I just renewed my property on the website and I am wondering what everyone is thinking these days?

I have gotten about 30% from them and 70% from Airbnb. So I want to keep it going but not sure how much longer it's gonna be viable for my properties.

When you say that you’re not sure how much longer it’s going to be viable, what makes you say that?

Following this tread - also interested in this. Wanted to see if anyone had experience with prefab companies and and guides/checklist to new constructions.

I trade options - have been for some time now. It can be lucrative if you stay consistent to your goals/strategies. Most of my wealth came from stocks and options. My advice is to come up with a strategy and to start small - focus on a 2-3 companies you're interested in and REALLY understand the companies.
