so I've received my first 2 calls from my outgoing letters. One told me to remove her from my list - haha. I just got off the phone with the 2nd caller - she advised they were going to do a deed of lieu with b of a and bofa advised them the DOL didnt go through and they've been locked out of the house for 2 years. Said the taxes are behind and the bank owns it. She felt the only way i could make money off the home is through a tax sale. Anyone have any advice on this or is this a waste of time?

Thanks for the Sub2 advice. I will stay stay clear from it. I am really wanting to focus on wholesaling at this time and have been learning alot right here on BP. Will certainly reach out to once I have found a few owners.

Estimating the rehab cost is very intimidating; however I see everyone on BP talks about the JScott Book - so It;s on its way from Amazon.

I'm going to start with the pierce county tax assessors website as Alexander above advised to find out the owners and contacts the wholesalers who suggested.

I haven't created the LLC yet but will let you know when created - how would a partnership start with you. What would you need from me

Hello BP - I am newbie indeed.  I drove around the other day and found 25 vacant homes in the Tacoma, Wa.  Took photos  of them - Question is - what's my next step???  Please help.
