I have an Airbnb in a great location in Vegas. Historically (last 4 years) it has always been rented at least 3 days per week. I have not had a single booking for three months! I miss the good ol days.

@Stephen Jones. Thanks! This latest one is only under contract. I still need to do my inspections and due diligence. This one is around 125k per unit 7 cap. This is a good price in my area. Hard to find good buildings under 150-160k over a 5 cap. What are prices like in your market?
