Hello,

My family has owned a duplex in Hialeah for manyyears and we would like to hire a new Property Management firm. If you have any recommendations, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Rob

Nice to see some other folks from our area on BP. I just joined and am learning a tremendous amount. I've got a couple of rentals already but want to grow my portfolio. I too am investigating out of area properties since the market here is pretty hot. I'm a buy and hold guy and cash flow is an important priority but who doesn't love appreciation! I don't see a whole lot on the MLS that pencils out. I agree with Kirk that you can get deals but you either need to do it off market or with a good wholesaler. Not sure if there are a lot of those in our region. Would be interested to find out.

The idea of another market is intriguing but you really have to have your ducks lined up.

Hello, I'm a buy and hold investor in the inland Southern California region. I would like to grow my holdings of SFR's and invest in multi-family. This market is very competitive and would like to learn more from experienced investors and connect with wholesalers and finance professionals. I am interested in other geographic markets as well.

Thank you and I look forward to connecting with you all.
