Chris, I use to work in the ER at OU Downtown. I use Jessie Teehee as a realtor for larger purchases. I don't know your personal price point but Jessie and his team are awesome! When considering smaller purchases I try to hit the listing realtor. This allows them to pull full commission and makes them more convincing to their owner when I make an offer. Mark Hattler at First United has been my go to on several financing situations. However I also use TFCU for some things. For Taxes I have used Cannon and Rayburn for a few years now and they have been awesome. Prior to that I had used Ratliff CPA. While their services were awesome, their cost aligned itself better to someone with a much larger portfolio.

Sorry for not clarifying. I assume a shelter would be expected as standard within Moore. I am up near oak tree and roughly 70% of homes here have shelters. My prior addition in south Edmond had far less. Maybe 15-20%

I am interested in hearing others responses. I would assume because of its geographical location it would be a normal expectation. But I really have no idea.

I work in healthcare and I am currently debating MBA vs MHA vs MPH. As I grow my real estate business I'm curious if the MBA would serve me better. It seems to have a more broad view. However, I have read that in the business market MBA has replaced the bachelors as the "rule" and a PHD is the "exception."

I use Greg Sanders of Rightway Insurance. He is a broker and was able to save me 2400/yr across the board for same coverage.

I have my own area of interest outside of this market, however the cost in this area is very tempting. I understand in general these are lower end areas and largely driven by military personal. I am just curious if anyone here is having any success in these areas?
