Post: Turning vacant properties into money makers

My name is Rodney Dixon and I'm a novice real estate investor. I've been locating properties in my city Tampa, FL for a month now and have a list of vacant properties that I want to invest in and turn them into rental properties. However, I have no idea where to start! I don't own a real estate investment company nor do I have any credit. Am I still able to turn my vision into reality?

IF SO, please give me step-by-step for doing so.

Thanks for the information! However, as stated in my 1st post, I PERSONALLY have a poor credit score(in the 500-550 range). Therefore, with that being said, in order to obtain any real estate loans for investing in real estate, is it best for me to form a company and take out loans through it?

Hi everyone! My name is Rodney Dixon and I'm a beginner real estate investor. My question for anyone who has the right answer is,"do I NEED to form a company in order to obtain real estate loans for investing in rental properties(since my present personal credit score is poor)?"
