Congrats! Agree with wordpress. Wordpress is as basic or advanced as you would like and has plenty of features/support. What did you decide?

Definitely recommend Wordpress! everything you need. What is the purpose of your blog?  Is it to advertise that you buy houses, show your projects, explain investing, etc?

Strongest recommendation is to use a Wordpress system. This software platform is good for blogging, easily customizeable, and has many great features for how simple or complex your needs are.

This will often not work because there is no targeted strategy. Door knocking and cold calling may eventually work, but presents a high opportunity cost. Start with identifying your ideal client by certain characteristics. Where do they live, income levels, pastimes, etc. Then, based on your answers, sure Cold Call and Knock on Doors. But there must be some targeting; otherwise, you will spend lots of time asking for business no success.

Love this story! What a true win/win deal.

As said so many times, student loans are bad debt. They draw from your future income and stick with you until youre done paying them off, well after you graduate and obtain a job that may or may not be sufficient income to pay of the debt in the first place. You CAN go to college debt free.

It's certainly hard to justify purchasing Likes when one cannot define the value of a like. Does a like eventually generate more engagement or business for you? How often? If you cannot figure out how to calculate your conversion from a like, it is not worth "paying" for. Obtain your likes the old fashion way. That way, you can be certain that those who like your page are your genuine target market.

Additionally, relevant info that is useful to your fans is king. This is what gets shared and liked over and over again. Less and more relevant is MUCH better than more useless info. In other words, prioritize quality content over quantity.

Definitely worth the investment. Start to dabble with Linkedin connections every so often. LinkedIn is certainly an effective channel, mixed with other strategies, to assist you in building valuable relationships, even as an RE investor.
