Hi @Dillon Robert Williams, I was listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast this morning (Episode 526, aired on November 2nd 2021) and they were talking about how you can use your self directed IRA in order to invest in Real Estate penalty free. They have an attorney and IRA expert explaining the process amongst other details.

I am no expert, I am an inspiring Real Estate Investor who is educating himself in order to be successful in this business, but I did learn that this morning and thought it was interesting and a great way to have more funding for investment. 

Hello, I am looking for a Real Estate Attorney or title search company to help me investigate titles for some foreclosure properties. I want to make sure they don't have any liens or debts attached. Does anyone know what's a reasonable price for this type of work or can recommend anyone. I appreciate it.

Hello, I am a rookie real estate investor and I have been digging into foreclosures and auction properties. I have attended a couple of webinar where they talked about it, but I still feel like I have A LOT to learn, thus I feel uneasy and hesitant to pull the trigger.  Anyone with experience that can shed some more light as to what I should be looking out for. I am currently preparing for a bid that will come up in abut 2 weeks. I will highly appreciate anything you guys can contribute.

I installed high impact windows, rehab the back and front yard, change AC unit.
