I would like to attend as well if time permits. This will be my first meetup

Thanks for the tips Jeff! I wasn't looking into wholesaling as much but will now definitely take that into consideration. I was thinking of starting out doing flips part times, maybe 1-3 flips, a year and then work my way up from there. The main thing is just getting this first one done right so I can set a good foundation for myself.

Hello,

I have done my research and reviewed alot of bigger pockets material, including the J Scott House Flipping book, and currently believe I am ready to dive into my first investment. Currently, I am considering flips that will have an ARV in to 100k-150k range. After my research, I feel that I am at the point where I am able to run the numbers on a deal myself and can comfortably start looking at properties. I'm very excited about starting but I also want to make sure I have a solid team to avoid any unnecessary mishaps.

I was reaching out to the bigger pockets community to see if anyone had any good GC or Buyer Agent referrals in the Atlanta GA area.

Thanks,

Rodricous

Hello,

I am trying to get my feet wet in my first home flip and was wondering if I should consider a S-Corp or LLC if I only plan to do a few flips a year? So maybe starting out with 1-3 flips a year while still working my job. Thanks in advance!

Yes Gary, I think that would be excellent. I've recently been researching real estate and currently in the phase and understanding possible rehab costs when flipping a home. Figuring out renovations that are good vs ones you should avoid.
