Quote from @Marian Huish:
@Logan M. it’s because agents are owners receiving stock awards and passive income opportunities for life just for supporting agents who join the company. What do you receive from Re/Max if you bring agent into the company? By having agents supporting agents in their success, it creates more collaboration and less competitiveness among agents. Agents make more and so come from a position on abundance vs scarcity. The company wins and the agents win.

I couldn't have said it better Mirian! I was with Keller Williams and it was a no brainer for me! @Logan M. The Rev Share from agent attraction is an OPTION that we have to make additional passive income on top of our commissions! SMH

:Hey BP Family!
I've read, seen, and listened to a ton of COVID-19 RE predictions and "where are we headed next" predictions. IN MY OPINION, some have been valid and some have been outright ridiculous! I'm a proud student of Rich Dad education and it's how I was introduced to Ken McElroy and many others that have now become mentors for me. IN MY OPINION, this is the most sensible forecast that I've seen. I am not asking for any opinions or feedback so don't feel like you have to comment! I'm only posting it because it was of value to me and perhaps it will be for someone else.

Do not engage in this foolishness. You are the professional here so take the high road. Take a screenshot and save it to their client file. Hopefully you have kept documentation of previous conversations with this client because this response tells me that this may not be the first time you've encountered this type of behavior from them. Documentation beats conversation every time. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!.... phone calls, texts, chats,....all that!
They are clearly upset and this sometimes tense COVID-19 environment has everyone slightly on edge so don't engage. The last thing you want to do is invite more foolishness by responding. If they do want to pursue legal action, you have no worries if you've done nothing wrong right....the burden of proof is on the accuser.

Hello! I'm a Firefighter in Dallas, Texas and my wife is a Realtor. We are buy and hold investors and our portfolio only includes single family. We're actively looking for multifamily properties so we can exponentially grow the portfolio to the point where I can "turn in" my Turn Out gear very soon!
