Just wondering you are guessing or you are confirmed on this.

Because in private loans also we originate mortgage .

Hi, I have some basic questions on private lending 

1. How many loans we can do in New Jersey without requiring a licence.

2. what is min/max interest rate Lender can charge in NJ.

3. if short term lending like 3-4 days is legal.

any other advice...
