Hi @Matthew Deskins  Thank you for your reply.  Those resources seem wonderful, and I would definitely like to connect so we can further discuss.  Truly appreciate all your help! Thanks again.  One large area of interest really is trying to figure out the best way to obtain funding without paying too large of fees that the deals no longer become worth it, but at the same time, I feel like if I stick to conventional investment loans, I am putting 25% down, which ties up a large amount of capital, and more than that, I am forced out of all cash offers and short closes which dramatically limits my opportunities, which is not wise.

My name is Roli Prasad and I am Real Estate Investor in Southern Los Angeles (Palos Verdes, Torrance, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Gardena, Lomita, Hawthorne, etc).  By trade, I am an Family Law Attorney; however, Real Estate is my main passion, so I made the switch about a year and half ago.  As of the present time, I have flipped three single family residences, and am working on acquiring my fourth property.  I also have one townhouse in the El Segundo area which I am holding and renting.  As far as my goals are concerned, I have a few thoughts in mind: 

1) I would like to get in touch with a few wholesalers in the area so that I can more quickly and efficiently acquire properties to continue my flipping business,

2) I would like to acquire multi family residences as investments to hold and rent,

3) I would like to learn more about financing options or best avenues to obtain capital as I do not have a large amount of cash sitting to be used for my business,

4) I am interested in syndication deals,

5) I would like to become more involved with the local real estate groups,

6) Any advice of best ways to use BiggerPockets is always appreciated.

I'm looking to purchase some properties from wholesalers which I can then rehab and sell.  I'm not interested in acquiring the properties myself, but am interested in flipping them, so looking to get in touch with wholesalers that have always placed the property under contract under market.  Can anyone give me some advice on the best way to locate these wholesalers so I may work directly with them.  I'm mainly looking in Southern California (i.e. Beach cities, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Gardena, Lomita, Hawthorne, El Segundo). Thanks!
