Does anyone have experience in buying a lot and installing a prefabricated home and selling the property in the Texas region? Was it worth it? Would you be able to say areas where prefabricated homes are permitted? Thanks.

Do you have advices on a good Real Estate Investor clubs worth participating too. I have been to 2 events in Houston and 1 was very informational and really helpful. Another, was more an event to sell another event, which I am not really interested about. 

Mine is like most here. That if I make a mistake, how that will affect me and my financial life. I have not done a deal yet, but looking forward to it. The best advice I found here is to focus on what I am looking to accomplish. Thanks.

This property is being sold for $160K. Appraised value with the County is $100K. It is a 4 unit property, but the seller is marketing as 5 unit. The seller says the rental gross income is $2,500/month. To me it is looking like a great deal. Agree?
