Hello Staten Island investors!!!! I want to start a new REI meetings in SI. I have booked the first meeting to be on February 10th 2018. The location is Joe Broadways on 4029 Hyland ave. Do you guys have any recommendations for a different venue for our next one?

I wish i could but unfortunately I plan to do this with my spouse so if was hard enough to get her to agree to house hack. If i was doing this alone i would have definitely considered renting out a room or two. Are you a licensed agent or did someone help you find the house you purchased to rent out?@Matt B.

Hey guys I am looking to invest in the Staten Island area next year but I am not too familiar with the area. I started driving for dollars just to get a feel for which neighborhoods i might be interested in. I also wanted to know if anyone knows of any REI meetings for SI. If you do have any information, please feel free to tell me.

P.S. If anyone is willing to tell me about the Staten Island market and tell me about their business, I will be willing to assist you in any way whether that is administratively or through labor for free. Just private message me. Thank you in advance.

Its student with low interest but my spouse has bad debt so we agreed to pay that completely off before we begin to invest. @Paul Choi
