Maybe they do for you, but I'd make sure you're really understanding your numbers, the areas, etc.

I personally prefer (and am biased to) Detroit. I have 12-doors there with a few of those rented to Section 8 tenants. 

If you're looking at Cleveland you'd do yourself a disservice not to also look at Detroit. Typical SFH deals can be done in the $70k-$90k range and rent for $1,100-$1,400 depending on area.

I do a lot of deals there outside my own portfolio and know the Detroit landscape intimately. 

What are some C+ & B neighborhoods in Detroit I should be looking at?
