Hi Scott,

yes, I have done two deals with Jorge and his team and will do several more.  In fact, he treated me to lunch today because I referred a new client to him.  Great guy, great team.  They know Tampa area real estate and have access to great properties with upside.  I buy and hold rentals.  I think most of his investors do the same.  They can recommend property managers and contractors and make everything easy.  This is a relationship business, and Jorge is as cool as they come.
