if you obtain a mortgage on a property that needs repairs how do you pay the mortgage along with expenses till you get a tenant in the property? considering I plan to use others people money

I would suggest going through you state. Legal Zoom and other stuff like that is just a middle man. You can file for a LLC through your state and get an EIN in the process of doing so.

How can you find leads via online and driving for dollars?
