Hi everyone,

My name is Rose Mbathi and I am new to RE investing.  I came across BP while doing my due diligence on one of the RE gurus in order to determine whether or not to become a mentee.

I'm a CPA and have been in the accounting profession for over 10 years. I am now going into full time RE investments and plan to use this forum to learn as much as I can about the business in addition to networking.

I am based in the Tampa-Wesley Chapel, FL area.

My RE Goals are to buy and sell RE property (I am currently registered for a licensing class), buy and hold for investment purposes and majorly accumulate wealth. I am mainly interested in SFR homes but I am also looking at Manufactured homes.

Great read and very timely for me. I am new to REI and while researching one of the gurus, I came across the BP forum. There's plenty of information here on BP both good and bad on the gurus and needless to say, I have made my decision. I plan to continue using BP and to network through my local REIA's.
