Sale price: $55,000

Lovely home but this was my first wholesale and I could of done it better

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

First it was a FSBO and found out they wanted to get out under the balanced owed because 1 of the owners is sick

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Friend told me about it who is actually related to seller

How did you finance this deal?

Wholesale deal

How did you add value to the deal?

Selling to pay off mortgage and make my assignment fee and enough left for closing

Give some more room to make a better profit and analyze the numbers more closely

I am a real estate investor in WV I have a deal ready to be closed in weirton wv. From my experience here the title places have no idea what wholesaling is or how to work with a investor.. I have my hands full here and I'm hoping they don't screw my deal up..I'm really concerned..and hoping that wholesaling/flipping contract  is allowed here..any reply would helpful
