I have 13 vacant lots that we got in a bulk package and we don't deal with lots. Titles are clear just need to sell them and get them off our books.

Well the area ranges from 18K to 120K. Best of luck I was just trying to help.

Where at I own and manage about 40 in Eastpointe whats the address.

over priced should be around $3.50 to $4.00 Sq. Ft.

If you are only thinking about one property I would stay local where you live.
