Where does the monthly group meet and at what time in NWA ?

@Jorge Espinosa I had the same scenario, great tenant, but under Mkt value rent. So I compromised and offered the tenant a small rent increase if they signed a 2 yr lease vs going to full rent and losing a tenant that takes care of my property. I win/ they win. I now have a 2 yr lease that goes with the property if I decide to Refi or sell vs an “empty” property with no cash flow .Every scenario is different and there are many who would think my decision foolish, that’s ok, the deed has my Llc’s name , not theirs 😄

Have faith brother, what you described has been experienced by at least 85% of the investors reading this. If it was easy, everyone would do it. In time, with persistence and lots of due diligence you WILL find that 1st deal and you will be so happy that you waited for it. Look up Independence Realty Group on IG, hit the link in his bio for a program that will show you multiple ways that he has purchased 60+ properties using small banks and different loan options ( this is NOT a get rich quick scheme) Henry is a solid guy that’s been on the Bigger Pockets podcast with Brandon and really knows his stuff.

I hope this helps you or who ever reads it.

You don’t have to go into huge debt to by RE if your educated about the ways banks work.

I was bummed to learn of the BP Convention being postponed in NOLA this year, we were psyched to attend for the 1st time. Any chance you could do the breakouts virtually ( I mean, it’s not like we aren’t all mostly working from home anyways) ?
