I live in Yosemite National Park and grew up in Sonora. There are several options, Yosemite West is a private property area within the park boundary that you might want to consider looking into. Also, check Groveland which is a bigger gateway town than Oakhurst, you can look up the entrance gate car numbers year to year online. Sonora has a lot to offer other than Yosemite and would rent better year round than groveland. If you have any more questions feel free to private message me. Good luck.

I'm a General Contractor. I recommend you seek some expert advice from someone you trust. Bids and advice are free, you just need to ask. Plus you can do all that during your inspection period in escrow and back out of the deal if the numbers don't add up, keeping your deposit. But you really need to be careful and do your homework, make the calls and don't be the goat of the deal.

Hi everyone! I've been searching through BP and the questions and information sharing is great. So many people together with similar goals is a powerful thing. I'm from Sonora Ca, currently live in Yosemite National Park. I've been investing in real estate since I was 18 and come from a General Contractors background. A book that I would recommend to everyone is called Think and Grow Rich (original unabridged edition) by Napoleon Hill. I plan on using BP as a Master Mind Group. I look forward to working with you all. "Everything which man creates, begins in the form of a thought" Napoleon Hill
