Hi, I am looking at getting a Heloc on my primary residence in Texas and am wondering who you would recommend. Originally my wife and I were going to sell in the Spring, but with the way the market is right now, we’d be better off pulling money out and renting our place out. We have around $300+k in equity right now and want to buy a place in Tennessee which will be our new primary residence along with short term rentals that will come built in with the property. The Heloc would be used as a down payment as well as pay off some other debt we currently have. Our income is decent and credit is mid 700’s. Any help would be great!

Hi, I’m looking for a portfolio lender in the Austin area. I’d also like to know of any portfolio lenders that lend in all states if they also cover Texas. Thank you! I have a mobile home on the property along with 2 other dwellings which is why I can’t go conventional.

How are you analyzing properties currently? What market are you looking to buy in? Have you ran any numbers through the calculators on this site to see if it would make sense as a brrrr?

Hey BP, I am just getting starting out and would like to build a relationship with a local bank. After listening to a number of these podcasts, it seems to be the thing to do, I just don’t know how to weed out the ones that will not work well with investors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! -Royce
When will you have these available?

Thank you all! I really appreciate it. @Joe S. what did you find in the property that didn't match the listing?

Hi, I am not the best at thinking outside the box and from listening to the podcast I can tell that sometimes you have to think on your feet to make a deal work. I was wondering if you could post some unique and creative things you have done to get a deal to close. I'm sure there are tons of great stories out there and I would love to hear some of them! Thank you in advance for your great ideas!
