@Brandon L. Thanks I am excited to read these!

@Kerry Noble Jr Thanks!

@George Blower Thanks! I'm excited to be here.

I am looking forward investors interested in buying or selling property in the Indianapolis market, and exploring how I can be of assistance.

We recently Airbnb'd our place in Indianapolis and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. I recommend STR to anyone I meet that is looking to maximize their monthly return and is willing to put the extra work/planning in (or hire a management company to do it)!

Hello everyone,

I am new to BiggerPockets and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself if that's okay...

I am a real estate professional and investor in the city of Indianapolis and I am mainly here to learn! Here are the areas I am excited to learn and engage in discussions in:

  • Buying a home
  • Listing homes for sale or lease
  • First-Time Home Buying
  • Investment Property Search
  • Investment Financing
  • Property Management

I'd love to learn more about what your investment goals are and perhaps we can learn and grow together!

Happy Hunting,

Ryan Rominger

Hey everyone!

I wanted to start a thread on a topic very near and dear to my heart: How do you pick the right location(s) to look/buy your next rental property? There are so many obvious factors that go into choosing a great spot for a rental property; such as walkability, appreciation rate of the area, price/sqft., and stability of the rental market, BUT I'm wondering if anyone out there has any proven secrets* for finding successful rental investment locations that they wouldn't mind sharing with the rest of the class. ;)

Happy Hunting!
